So today we got 2 party pizzas, 1 lasagna and 1 spaghetti carbonara. Unfortunately totally disappointing for 63 euros! The pizzas were cold although at first it was said that they weren't ready yet. The garlic was missing on one pizza and the tuna oil was floating on the other. The carbonara was whipped and the lasagna had a sour aftertaste. We then called because we thought that if you talked to each other normally and said that something like this could happen that you would come towards us gedacht thought wrong. With me the boss just hung up after she told me that we had something on our mouth because nothing was wrong with the lasagna. My friend tried again and the boss was on the phone. He wanted to meet us next time, but his wife yelled from the background that this is out of the question because everything was fine. He sounded a bit desperate but the result is that we can throw away some of the food, get nothing in return and told us we should order somewhere else ?

It doesn't get any worse. This place never sees me again. From the reservation to the cashing in, a single disaster. Not to mention the worst service I've ever experienced. Not even worth the one star.

Pizza was delicious and the beer garden was very nice. The service staff, however, was sloppy and you felt like an unwanted guest. It's a shame we'd rather pick it up there than linger.

What can I say, actually the pizzas are quite good if there wasn't the service, or the complete lack of a service. We were taken to the table and then ignored for 35 minutes. Nothing, not even after several attempts to draw our attention. Very bad service !!!!

The food is delicious and the service was great. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully and rustically furnished. Can only be recommended!

Service unfriendly and eat ... No thanks ... I would rather go to the supermarket and buy a pasta dish for the Micro.

Went at dinner this evening, ordered 2 pizzas that were brought after an hour, because they were accidentally packed to pick up. That can happen ... then I told the waitress that the pizzas were reheated, were very dry. After the waitress spoke to her boss, we got the pizzas for half price which I also very fair. When the waitress brought back our almost empty plates (except for the hard edges), we heard the boss grumble from the kitchen that we had almost eaten the pizzas. There were also pizzas with pineapple. Without these fruits, these would have been inedible. I can not recommend this restaurant. Nevertheless kudos to the waitress, who tried everything to make us happy.

Today I've looked at the reviews and read and must therefore for the first time, my contribution and my appreciation hereby communicate. I visit for more than 40 years with my wife at least 3 times a week different pubs, inns and hotels of different nationalities. The restaurant Rusticana and the owner are in my opinion fully identical. Susy is Italian with heart and mind and lives it also to the guests. She is honest and conscientious and says what she thinks. Since I know quite different landlords grate the licorice and what to say when the guests are gone. Your interior and kitchen will always be kept clean. In her food, she attaches great importance to originality and freshness, to ensure that brings them directly from Italy. It starts with the balsamic on the dining table and stops at the flour quality that does not come from the wholesale market. To criticize the meat dishes is my opinion, if I go to the Italian, then I want Mediterranean food such as pasta, pizza, fish and I like to go to Reutern. Anyway, my wife and I really like it, even if the food does not come at the same time, as with fast food, we have time and want to enjoy the atmosphere. I do not know any better pizza maker and always like to come back.

Pizza very good, pasta and fish also delicious. Sorry, who orders meat dishes at the Italian and then goes around it, that it does not taste, is just in the wrong place. I think the kitchen is very good, the service could be improved, but still very nice.

We were there for a birthday party, overall we were very satisfied. The individual dishes were very well presented and really tasted very delicious. The service by the boss and his staff were always very fast, courteous and friendly. Absolutely empfehlenswert.Besser does not work
